Prepare flour, sugar, mayonnaise, and refrigerated eggs.

Place paper foil on pan.

In two bowls, separate the egg yolk and white.
First, mix the mayonnaise in the yolk, then add the air to the flour bag, shake well, and mix together.

The whites make meringue with a whisk. Please turn it in one direction.

When creamy, divide the sugar into two to three times and whisk until well dissolved. If the meringue is made well, it won't fall off even if you flip the ball.

Combine the meringue in two to three times in the flour mixture and mix quickly and well in a circle. Pour the dough into a pan covered with paper foil.

Stir with chopsticks to remove bubbles from the dough. Cover and heat over low heat for 30 minutes (induction 4th and 30th minutes)

When I opened the lid, it was cooked well.

Remove from pan and cool over net.

Meringue is made hard by using refrigerated eggs.
You have to melt the sugar well to make the bread soft.
